Position Summary:

Responsible for UV LED Equipment Structure design in China and Mechanical function validation. Cooperate with inside and Outside resource to optimize the complete equipment design and function. Incorporate best practices and follow Dymax stage gate criteria to coordinate the design and transfer to manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for the coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.

·Responsible for feasibility analysis/ mechanical design/ prototype/structure testing/equipment validation, and solve the structure process problems.

·Responsible for the prototype equipment testing with related standards.

·Responsible for the development testing instruction to validate the samples and design. To make sure our equipment in high quality and high level of reliability, and advantageous.

·Complete and optimize the technical standard and procedure in each gate.

·Cooperate with electronic engineer to complete the function design and validation.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

·At least 8 years Mechanical Engineering or automation design, or equivalent.

·In-depth experience and understanding of automation equipment mechanical structure. New equipment product and independent design are must

·Familiar with Solidworks 3D& 2D design, high level of engineering drawing.

·Familiar with difference mechanical machining method, like sheet metal, extruding, die-casting, CNC, injection, surface treatment etc.

·Knowledge with DFMEA/DFM, and project driving and management.

·UV curing equipment experience is perfect.

·Team performance management knowledge.

·Good problem solving and analytical skills.

·High level of Self-motivation
