Responsibility:

1. Strong strategic thinking and planning of business growth and development on financial basis and fully support general manager to draft and achieve company's long term's objective.

2.Lead fiance team to prepare financial statements and reports including rolling actual and forecast analysis, with scenario planning and prepare sensitivity analysis, interpreting reports and financial statements. Able to identify key success factors, gaps, risks, and new opportunity of business growth and profitability.

3. Keep good relationship with Bank and broaden the financial channels.

4.Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations. Use findings to provide advice to management.

5. Ongoing reviews and recommendations of improvements to processes, procedures and internal controls.

6. Monitor and control budgeting processes, tax, income, cash flow and expenditure.

7.Work closely with business team for contract review, workflow optimization, project analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.

8. Support business review presentations, with in-depth understanding of financial and business issues. Support special projects and analyses, as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.

2. Experience: Over 10 years' experience with an international background as financial director.

3. Language: Fluent and proficient in Mandarin and English.

4. Core Competencie

Both Oral and Written English must be fluently.
