BRIEF SUMMARY OF JOB 工作职责概述

You will be responsible for supplier sourcing and management based on specification and new project developing on Beauty Accessories segment.

    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  

• To complete the inquiry and contract with Germany sale projects

• To be a bridge between supplier and Germany Sales to finalize/clarify all technical/specification discussion;

• Ensures suppliers meet cost, quality and delivery commitments as required to maintain an efficient supply of parts from China to destination.

• Take lead for negotiation and frame contract signed with key suppliers

• Follow sourcing strategy to make market study to find out good potential suppliers

• Market analysis and share cost trend to project team

• Preparation for bi-weekly report & monthly report and objective tracking.

• Other work designated by line manager.

   

  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

  Related work experience相关工作经验

                      

• Above 5 years of related experience

• Good accessories knowledge and resources, familiar with hairbrush, bamboo bath brush and wooden brush industries is preferred

• Familiar with supplier evaluation process, vendor negotiation and relationship management

• Good knowledge at FSC, sustainable resources, projects and suppliers is preferred

• Familiar with international business and import and export business

   

   Formal education or equivalent教育背景

              

• Bachelor in Engineering (Beauty makeup industry preferred)

   

   Skills技能

• Familiar with MS Office

• Good written and spoken English

• Good negotiation on cost saving
