This is what your job looks like:

为员工提供入职、调岗、合同续签和离职等手续办理一条龙服务。准备入离调转相关的各类本地报表，集团报表。***遍和***千零一遍的工作，没有区别。但是，你可以想办法改变它！

Provide an one-stop service of on-boarding, internal mobility, contract renewal and off-boarding for employees. Prepare local and global reports as required. True, it is repetitive, but you have the freedom and take the ownership to make it different!

接听来自员工和业务部HR的电话，听懂他们的声音，解决他们的问题。

就这么简单吗？不，“听懂” 绝对是门技术活，因为“听懂”才能穿在她的鞋子里了解她的痛！“听懂”才会带给她有温度的体验！“听懂”才能带来真正的改变和共赢！

Receive the inquiries/requests from employees and business HRs, to UNDERSTAND their needs and solve problems.

Is it easy? Not really, “UNDERSTANDING” is a highly skilled task. “Understanding” means you could experience the real feelings when you are in their shoes! “Understanding” enables the chance to bring an excellent service and experience to the people you support!  “Understanding” enable us on the journey of make changes happen and achieve win-win solutions!

You will get the chance to play around with the company digitalized solutions: you are our expert of Microsoft Office, Successfactors, Internal designed Absence and Overtime Application and Hire to Retire online approval application. You will equip yourself with the right tools within digitalization transforming and together, we can collaborate to make a difference in creating new tools, new techniques and new experiences. We are still improving ourselves in digitalization at this moment, but we are eager to learn and try new things in a collaborative way.
