岗位职责：

1、负责二次供水设备的销售和推广；收集跟踪项目并建立详细的项目信息，开发新客户；

2、带领团队进行市场开发和维护，完成团队销售任务

3、负责开发及拓展中高层客户关系并完成销售指标；

4、目标客户拜访、资源对接，挖掘并分析客户需求，制定和编写解决方案并进行解决方案的讲解；

5、带领团队完成规定的销售业绩指标，培养团队销售能力。

6、底薪1-1.5万+提成。

 

任职要求：

1、统招专科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、三年以上二次供水或水泵行业销售经验，两年以上团队管理经验；

3、有大系统客户开发和维护经验，并应有成功案例；

4、有较强的分析、总结能力及系统思考力；

6、能够承受高强度工作节奏；

9、具备3人以上团队管理经验，并有跨部门组织和协调工作经验。
