岗位描述：

1. Carry out inspection for all parts of the pressure vessel In accordance with technical drawings process standard. Fill in the related circulation cards, inspection reports, and the data need to be real and valid.

按图样技术,工艺规程对所有加工的压力容器的零部件进行检验.填写各种相关的流转卡,检验报告,填写的测验数据真实有效.

2. Carry out inspection for all parts of the pressure vessel In accordance with technical drawings process standard. Fill in the related circulation cards, inspection reports, and the data need to be real and valid.

按图样技术,工艺规程对所有加工的压力容器的零部件进行检验.填写各种相关的流转卡,检验报告,填写的测验数据真实有效.

3. When the processed products is inconsistent with or contrary to drawings during the inspection, Examination of the components found in and the provisions of Pressure Vessels, inform workshop supervisor, and the operator need to stop operation.

检验时发现加工的零部件产品与图纸不符及违反压力容器规定时,通知车间主管,操作者停止作业.

4. When the finished products are inconsistent with the drawings, they should be issued "unqualified notice" and given to the responsible department to deal with. If big problems are founded, report to the leaders immediately.

对已完工产品检验与图纸要求不符时应开具"不合格通知单"交相关责任部门处理.对于重大的责任事故应及时向领导汇报.

5. When doing the pressure test for the pressure vessels, review inspection reports of the former steps and procedures. If problems are founded, stop the pressure testing immediately.

在压力容器水压试验时应对前道工序加工的产品的检验报告进行审核.发现问题应该停止水压试验.

任职要求：

1. Technical secondary school or above

中专、技校或以上学历

2. Three to five years working experience

3至5年工作经验

3. Familiar with office software

会使用常用的OFFICE 办公软件

4. Familiar with the product performance and related technical standards, process

熟悉产品的性能及相关的技术标准,工艺规定

5. Familiar with all the relevant regulations of pressure vessels.

熟悉压力容器的各相关规定

6. Familiar with the knowledge of various types of products which are needed to be inspected.

熟悉检测各类产品的零件的业务知识

7. Understand the machining principle of lathe, and be able to use measuring tools to measure the length, inner and outer circle dimensions, roughness and form and position tolerance of shaft and cylinder parts. Lathe processing experience is preferred

了解车床的加工原理，会使用测量工具对轴类，筒体类零件的长度，内外圆尺寸，粗造度以及形位公差的测量，有车床加工经验者优先考虑。

8. For inspecting the processed pressure components, it should be in accordance with <<Pressure Vessels’ regulation>>,<< Quality Assurance Manual> >, drawings , process documentation and the appropriate technical standards.

对加工的受压元件,依据<<容规>>,<<质保手册>>及产品图样,工艺文件和相应的技术标准进行检验.
