Job dimensions

Customer service is a position in charge of following up the customer demand, providing better service in term of delivery, cost and quality, satisfying customer with best performance of ZASS.

Accountabilities

• Handling the customer demand and process customer order, load customer demand into MRP system and comparing the Discrepancy with other version.

• Follow up customer order until delivery on time and alarm in advance for delivery issues.
• Handling of urgent orders from customers, expedite/De expedite the customer order.
• Handling customer complaint and fast response to customer’s requirement.
• Arrange the return of shipment from customers.
• Feeding back customer investigation in time, such as, capacity, natural calamities impact and so on.
• Checking the invoice data, prepare Invoice documentation to Finance to issue Invoice and send Invoice to customer.

• Bachelor degree or above;

• 3-5 years related working experience;
• Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team player;
• Good communication skills, has a good service attitude;
• Good written and verbal English.
