Responsibilities:

?       Responsible for R&D projects. Collaborate with other functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization process.

?       Provide technical support to account managers on sales projects.

?       Promote DuPont technologies and products to customers for opportunities. Conduct product training & technical seminar as required

?       Meet with customers frequently to understand customer’s needs and explore new business opportunities. Conduct hands-on experiments at customer sites as needed

?       Work closely with the Manufacturing and Quality team to continuously improve product quality

?       Lead investigation of performance-driven customer complaints. Co-work with the Sales for trouble shooting and issue resolution

?       Understand semiconductor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs for opportunity identification and assessment

?       Protect intellectual properties and trade secrets

Qualifications:

?       PhD or MS in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, semiconductor devices or related fields

?       At least 3 years work experience in semiconductor industry. Litho experience is preferred

?       Knowledge of semiconductor devices. Experienced in advanced Litho chemicals, coater tracks, exposure tools, and lithography processing.

?       Strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, cross-functional, global work environment

?       Good interpersonal and communication skills

?       Self-motivated in driving progress. Result-oriented with attention to details

?       Fluent in both oral and written English

?       Hands-on. Collaborative team player

The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont have announced their intent to combine in an all-stock merger of equals. The merger is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 and the new company will be named DowDuPont. Within 18-24 months of the merger, DowDuPont intends to spinoff entities resulting in three separate and independent publicly traded companies, subject to regulatory and board approval. At the time of the spin, employees will be moved to one of the three companies.
