Objective of the Position / 岗位目标

Support E/E sample A development, RFQ-Phase and Project Phase of Sekurit E/E System development in Asia. Make external and internal customer support from technical and quality perspective on automotive E/E system development and commercial project. Supplier development / supplier management in automotive E/E area in Asia. Support to develop local E/E system capability, support to set up local E/E lab capability.

Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)/ 主要职责（时间占比、工作职责）

1. (5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. Be responsible for lab equipment maintenance, 5S, and purchasing and other daily lab work.

2. (50%) External and internal customer support

- System specification elicitation and build up, participation in product definition, system architectures and interfaces definition for E/E and functional analysis

- Make Product definition, deep understanding of consequences of OEM requirements of the ECU System

- Steering HW, SW and Mechanical discussion and consider system consequences on system level

- Participation in requirements management & change management, risk-management process for E/E

- System integration, definition and realization of user instructions / manuals

- Support sekurit advanced engineering / sales / marketing / project / production / sourcing / quality / IP team at different project phase to deliver business outcome.

Supplier management

- Technical exchange (clarification / discussion / negotiation) with supplier to be able to evaluate their proposals, evaluate develop workload and BOM cost consequences, timing and risk discussion after supplier feedback, technical support for supplier contracting (agreed set of requirements)

- Feasibility and capacity assessments, ensure official review to get solid quotation on technical side, ensure Sekurit/OEM needs to be realized at E/E supplier

- Validation and verification (time and content) management and risk evaluation. Support for timing and risk discussion during negotiation.

- Technical supplier monitoring & approval for releases & toolings / checking devices for E/E

3. (30%)

System quality management

- Support for customer / supplier audits, internal audits and documentation (ISO 26262, A-SPICE and IATF16949).

- Documentation and configuration management E/E.

- Leader on risk & hazard management (FA, D-FMEA, P-FMEA) E/E.

- Integration, verification & validation: planning, testing reviews and approval E/E.

- Progress review of Stage-Gate process E/E.

- Definition of EHSR & Homologation processes, necessary testing devices / laboratories and their availability E/E.

- Release documentation package E/E, PPAP package E/E.

- Continuous improvements of Stage-Gate process including checklist.

4. (10%)

- Support to build up E/E development & test capability in SGR Shanghai.

- E/E lab build up execution, support to make E/E lab evolutionary planning.

- Develop supplier / external partnership in E/E domain

5. (5%)

- Patent watch, market watch, competitor watch

- Patents / Benchmark for E/E

 

Qualifications/ 任职要求

1.  Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering

2. Working experience

- >3 years’ experience in automotive industry, at automotive OEM or electronic system tier one.

- Lead (or be heavily involved in) at least one car project to develop an automotive ECU.

- System engineer / project engineer / product engineer related experience

- Awareness of the most important risks during automotive ECU system development

- Able to demonstrate Sekurit E/E capability in front of OEM and discuss with OEM E/E people on deep technical level.

- Experience with supporting for customer / supplier audits in automotive E/E domain

- Experience with quality system requirements.

- Experience with automotive glazing system, intelligent cockpit, HMI, lighting, ADAS is a plus

3. Relative Industries and Applications

- Automotive ECU and ECU system interface, technical product E/E domains excellence

- Able to fully understand HW, SW and Mechanics requirements in relation to the system requirements

- Experience with ISO 26262, A-SPICE and optional IATF16949

- Experience with automotive OEM DV, PV, ECU development process

4. Software skill

- Requirement Management System e.g. JAMA, Doors

- EDA Software e.g. (Altium Designer, PADS, KiCAD)

- IDE (Integrated Development Environment) associated to microcontroller

- Matlab/Simulink

- CANoe / CANalyser / CANape, Testing, Diagnostic device

- Microscope, Multimeter, Waveform Generator

5. Other Skills

- Project management, time management.

- Negotiation skill, able to negotiate with supplier on technical area

- Communication skill, able to effectively communicate with external and internal customer. Team supporter, high-level documentation ability

- Critical thinking, complex problem analytics and solving

- Details focused, target focused, able to review and release technical document

- Multi-cultural working experience, open minded, able to be well integrated in a dynamic and international organization.

- Flexibility on time management.

- Strong implementation, result oriented

5. Language

- Good English speaking, written skill is required.
