This is an Associate Project Manager role, reporting to Demand Planner Team Leader in Business Area – Motion, Motors & Generators located in Shanghai, China.

- Leading key project relevant orders’ execution from KA sales team. Application include: Crane, Fan, General application, etc. Accountable for planning, execution and monitoring of project. Calculating production lead time. Identifying and managing project risks, bottleneck and road blockers. Offering whole process support to fulfill customers’ orders.
- Collaborating with stakeholders - Working with KA sales team to get clear customer demands; Communicating with Engineering team on design and BOM creation; Working with Planning, Material management and Production team to realize on time delivery.
- Reporting - Establishing project management dashboard; Regular project progress reporting from scope, time, budget, quality perspectives.
- Managing other tasks assigned by manager.

- Bachelor or above, major in business management, Engineering related.
- Minimum 3+ years working experience of project management for manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective communication across all functions.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (oral and written).
- Experience in Microsoft office, ERP (SAP preferred).
- Must exhibit traits like being motivational, organizing with planning skills, goal-oriented, customer-centric mind.
