Responsibilities:

- Assist in Handbook Review and report writing.

- Legal research and provide legal advise.

- Assist HRD to review, draft and translate agreements and other legal documents.

- Assist HRD to conduct legal trainings.

- To work with internal team and external lawyers in handling claims, disputes and litigations in China.

- Dataroom management.

- Coordinate effectively with other team members to identify the specific needs and maintain consistency of legal standards to meet local business requirements with limited risk;

- Other tasks to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate student in law School, Postgraduate preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.   

- Good Microsoft skills and Good ability of text integration and output.   

- Good writing skills in both Mandarin and English.  

- Legal Project in Law firm or in house HR/Legal department is preferred.

- Proactive, accountable, result driven, hard-working and good team player.

- Minimum three days work per week (five days preferred).
