JOB DESCRIPTION:

  

1. Mainly responsible on purchasing of mechanical related parts;

2. Responsible for supplier management and optimization, market information collection;

3. Involve potential supplier sourcing and take responsibility for potential supplier evaluation;

4. Analyze and compare supplier price, to ensure price is reasonable;

5. Cost awareness, and continuously identify cost saving opportunities;

6. Understanding of sourcing, purchasing, Logistics, and other supply chain concepts;

7. Daily follow up for open purchase orders under responsibility;

8. Coordinate quality issues with suppliers and workshop;

9. Follow up the production schedule together with suppliers;

10. Lead supplier audit, supplier evaluation with QC;

11. Prepare PO and follow up;

12. Prepare payment files;

13. Other tasks specified by line manager;

     

                            

 

  

Qualification:

  

1. Major with Mechanical/Material related;

2. Excellent negotiation skills;

3. Be familiar with at least one process: casting, welding, machining, etc.  

4. Be familiar with the cost structure in one of above process;

5. Professional English level;

6. SAP experience preferred;

7. University Degree;
