1. In charge of payroll table preparation; salary tax calculation and verification, and social security question solving and result-oriented;

2. Other Compensation calculation; leaves-value calculation, other insurance handling, including solution providing and feasibility study, from different perspectives;

3. Performance review, implementation of PDCA cycle on quarterly; and annually basis, proactively communicate with leaders to get cases closed;

4. Familiar with labor law, government policies and regulations to complete accurate reports on monthly basis.

Good at English both written and spoken;

Be able to work independently, high efficiency; self-motivated; team work.

MNC experience is a plus
