Job Responsibilities:

• To support the team on event executional works, make sure the event production follows schedule
• 项目经理做好项目执行工作，保证项目顺利按计划推进
• You will be working on different things for the project such as purchasing, venue and supplier’s coordination; coordinate the client feedback with design and production teams, vendors to ensure event effects
• 不同项目， 你可能会被安排做不同工作，包括但不限于活动前期采买；与供应商，场地方沟通协调； 分析客户需求，有效回应客户反馈， 负责与设计部门/制作部门/ 第三方公司沟通，达到活动需要的效果
• Proactive when onsite, react efficiently and find solutions to solve onsite problems.
• 做好项目执行，包括进场，现场问题解决，撤场等等
• Summarize event, analyze data and submit reports.
• 进行项目总结，整理内容及数据

                                    

Requirements：

• One year’s experience in event execution in experience marketing or advertising agencies
• 一年项目执行工作经验
• Professional skills include interpersonal skills, reporting, learning and hands-on execution, hard-working
• 好的职业素养，包括但不限于良好的沟通能力，汇报能力，有效的执行力 和积极学习态度, 吃苦耐劳精神
• Good command of OFFICE : WORD/ EXCEL/POWERPOINT
• 操作office 软件：WORD/ EXCEL/POWERPOINT
• English and Chinese working proficiency
