岗位职责:

About the department:
We're partnering with global brands and the most influential and renowned boutique curators to bring our customers an unrivalled range of fashion to empower their individuality. We're relationship builders, we're solution finders and we're analysts.
You will be joining an agile, fast paced, insight-driven and collaborative team focused on leveraging data to guide commercial decisions that directly support the broader business's ambitious growth plan. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a start-up environment and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work.

What you'll do:
Analytic framework set-up and usage
? Improve existing and create new dashboards based on the requirements of China Region business;
? Retrieve data from data warehouse, transfer data into business insight by data analysis, data mining and modeling;
? Bring innovative solution to enable business;
? Cross work with different functional teams, provide training and best practice sharing.

Performance Tracking, Reporting and Planning
? Provide Monthly Regional Performance report against target and market activity;
? Deliver Brand QBR reports in order to understand and maximize brands' performance;
? Produce medium to long term sales forecasts to the partners;
? Deep dive per category, season and brand not only in sales performance but also in supply perspective to understand gaps and opportunities;
? Key campaign analysis (618, Single's Day, etc.).

Analysis for Particular Business Opportunity and Competitors Reports
? Carry out the research of Particular Business Opportunities of China Region(i.e Beauty, Outlets, etc.);
? Deliver Monthly/Quarterly analysis of different competitors in China Region(i.e Product or category sales trend, Brands List, Promotion, Pricing, Market shares, Consumer Insight, market trend etc.);
? Deliver Annual Industry Researches to help the team understand the market.

Team Administration Works
? Support the admin works of the team in dealing with the contract signing, handover, ect.;
? Support the deck preparations;
? Any ad hoc works.

Who you are:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 3 years' working experience in business analysis;
? Fluent in Chinese and English, especially excellent verbal and written communication skills;
? Excel and SQL (required), R, Matlab, Python, tableau (is a plus);
? Good planning, organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
? Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
? Advanced forecasting and data modelling techniques;
? Ability to influence change in senior stakeholders;
? Strategic thinker that can effectively leverage data to deliver operationally and commercially relevant insights;
? Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and scoping work focus;
? A understanding of fashion/luxury industry/e-commerce is a very big plus;
