1.   Coordinate and report the sales FCST figures on a regular basis. 定期协调和汇报销售预测数据。

2.   Maintain the sales tooling such as project base and sales pipeline on a daily basis. 日常维护相关的销售工具表。

3.   Assist sales director/managers on quotation proposals/new project development follow/samples sending and any urgent matters that the team may need. 协助销售总监/经理进行报价方案准备/新项目开发跟进/样品寄送以及团队可能需要的任何紧急事项。

4.   Maintain the sales quotation data sheet and provide analysis. Prepare and coordinate on sales monthly meeting. 维护销售报价数据表并提供分析。准备并协调销售月度会议。

5.   Client visit preparation and arrangement/sample room management/sales files management. 客户拜访准备与安排/样品间管理/销售档案管理。
