职位描述
1、分析客户需求，负责轻奢品牌中国地区、亚太地区的商业店铺道具对接、协调、沟通、推进和跟踪事项；
2、维护客户关系，与客户沟通项目需求，进行道具分解，制作店铺道具的估价和预算；
3、供应商管理，确保项目样品和大货，按时、保持、保量，安排工厂制作、发货和交付验收；
4、整合资源，负责所分配项目的启动、计划、执行、控制、交付和售后过程的7M管理；
5、及时处理客户投诉或建议，确保项目顺利进行；
6、项目成本管控，确保项目利润；
7、项目结算及时安排，包含回款和付款；
8、项目情况汇总、整理、分析和售后服务；
9、完成上级安排的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、5年及以上商业店铺道具项目经理经验，熟悉商场店铺运转，熟悉家具、灯具、室内装饰等产品；
2、本科或以上学历；
3、熟悉商业道具制作的工艺、技术和行业行情，如：木制，金属，塑料，灯具等特性；
4、看懂CAD图纸，根据图纸能分析道具和工程要点；
5、英文读、写、听、说能力优秀，能熟悉使用工作英语；
6、有较强的领导能力，沟通协调能力、抗压能力、执行力、洞察力和挑战精神，有较强的团队建设能力和工作激情。
7、有奢侈品牌店铺项目经验者优先考虑。
