This will be a one-year contractor role.

JOB PURPOSE：

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, decision making and hire approval processes.

Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result.

Review and improve the recruiting channels (internal & external) and explore/utilize new channels.

Coach less experienced recruiters or interns.

Understand the trend of external talent market and build Company resourcing strength in the market.

Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers & candidates.

Build up employer branding in diversified ways not limited to wechat account maintenance.

Initiate, support and participate in TA projects.

Requirements:

At least 3 years hands-on recruitment experience.

Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.

Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channels within China.

Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects.
