To coordinate with our company and LSP warehouse team to effectively arrange daily cargo pick up.

The Job:

To work with domestic cargo movement team to monitor and coordinate daily shipment handling. 

To communicate with customer's CSR and sales team for any emergent shipment tracking. 

Assist in preparing shipment/operational performance reports: 

1) Monthly billing report management; 

2) Monthly/weekly KPI report; 

To support customer's transportation team for document filing.

To take up additional tasks as required to meet the departmental needs.   

The Qualifications

College degree or above; 2 years’ working experience, of which relevant experience in logistics, forwarder or supply chain management an advantage; 

Good command of English, CET 4 or above; 

Familiar with PC operation of Word & Excel; 

Good communication and interpersonal relationship.
