职位介绍：

数字制作人将参与制定和执行上海迪士尼度假区数字化的战略和愿景，并协助新产品的开发，测试，内容管理，产品配置，发布及推广。

该职位还将领导数字产品的日常运营，包括应用程序、网页以及第三方平台。该职位具有跨职能的性质：数字制作人将与产品、开发、设计、测试、数据分析、市场、法务、公关部和需求方密切合作，将产品推向市场。数字制作人应具备数字用户体验，e-commerce产品管理和内容运营的专业技能。

工作内容：

• 制定数字运营战略，推进高效数字运营管理
• 直营渠道e-Commerce 新产品发布管理，完成渠道运营指标
• 内容运营及平台沟通
• 运营流程管理，制定并优化数字运营流程
• 质量管控及风险控制，与关键利益相关者合作协调业务需求，达成业务共识，管理业务进度, 制定运营产品上线及沟通计划，管理协调第三方人员
• 信息发布及产品管理后台系统优化及整合
• 推动运营创新

我们希望您：

• 学士学位及以上，信息管理，市场或信息系统技术专业优先
• 具备数字运营或内容运营或电子商务相关经验
• 有网页/APP/WeChat平台运营经验，理解设计与需求，了解敏捷开发，项目管理流程，尊重流程, 有后台信息发布系统使用经验者优先
• 有内容营销经验，对消费者行为敏感，对产品敏感，对文字信息敏感并关注细节
• 出色的沟通技巧，具有与其他合作方建立联系、合作、谈判及有效整合的能力
• 出色的分析及解决问题能力
• 流利的中英文表达及书写能力

Digital Producer

Line of Business: Techonology & Digital

Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for understanding the visions and business needs of key internal business partners, and supporting on product development, testing, content management, configurastion, publishing and communication.

Digital Producer also leads Digital Operation in direct channels, including App, Website, and third-party platform. The Digital Producer also performs interacitive function roles working with different teams, such as Product, Tech, Design, QA, Marketing,Data analytics, Legel, Public Affairs and key Business parties, to launch products to the market. The role requires the Digital Producer have a background in digital user experience and professional skills in E-commerce product and management and content opertions.

Key Responsibility:

• Define operation Strategy,drive T&D Operation Efficiency
• e-Commerce New Products Luanch Management in all direct channels to meet operation KPI
• Contents management and platform communcation
• Define and lead on improving operation process
• Quanlity and Risk Control, drive alignment with key stakeholders for business requirement, manage project plans and track progress, support Go-to-markting communication delivery, and coordinate resources, including outside vendors.
• Channel communications and publishing; platform and system enhancement and transition
• Drive innovations in operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or any related discipline
• Have experience to combine business and online experience, e-commerce operation or content operaton.
• Excellent web/app/wechat channel operation experience, be familiar with UI/UX design, product requirement and the Scrum/Agile development method, with experience of CMS is a plus.
• Working knowledge of website design and production, content management systems, careful on contents, sensitive to guests behavior and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, build communication, collaboration, negotiation, and integration relationships with other business partners
• A problem solver with solid analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
