PURPOSE:

To support the management accounting managers in product costing, inventory control.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Product costing

1     Review and ensure all product costing is correct

2     Produce monthly and adhoc product costing reports

3     Provide product costing analysis and provide suggestion to improve the accuracy as well as ways to improve the costing

4     Inventory management.  Make sure the accuracy of group stock valuation; control the stock movement by the correct way.

5     Support New product costing

6     Production Volume monitoring

Inventory management

• Ensure timely and accurately monitoring the group inventory in various locations
• Monitoring the aging inventory situation and alert the management for appropriate actions to improve the long aging stock and reduce potential scraps
• Involve in stock take, ensure cycle counts are done properly on a regular basis
• Prepare various reports for costing and stock with detail explanation, and strictly follow the set schedule

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• University graduate with ~7 years of management accounting experience, with professional accounting qualification

KNOWLEDGE:

·   In-depth knowledge of management accounting

• Familiar with both China and International accounting standard

·   SAP knowledge

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·   Expertise in complex Excel functions and financial data manipulation

·   Strong inter-personal skills, self motivated and able to work independently, excellent team player

·   Fluent oral and written English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with senior management
