Responsibilities:职位描述：

  

 

  

1.   Provide multiple report to different customers including export, import, haulage, daily work sheet, etc.

  

为不同的客户提供日常的客户服务,包括但不限于进出口,拖车,工作报表等

  

2.    Update company system timely, including ERP, DG declaration system;

  

及时更新公司操作系统, 包括ERP及危申报系统；

  

3.    Operations Doc. inspection & Registration；

  

负责操作文件的检查和登记；

  

4.    Participate in doc. preparation of BD if necessary;

  

参与业务拓展的文件准备过程；

  

5.    Finish temporary tasks assigned by supervisor, including admin and secretary work

  

完成领导交办的临时任务，包括一些行政，秘书工作

  

6.    Assisted by senior customer service staff to work as backup for the customer service staff if necessary;

  

在高级客服的辅助下作为其他客服人员的后备；

  

 

  

Qualification Required:职位要求：

  

1. College or above

   大专以上学历

2. General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation

   具备一定的物流，货代操作知识

3. English fluent in written and oral.

   流利的英语书面口语表达

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, honest, amiable & hardworking.

   良好的待人接物能力,沟通能力,诚信,工作认真负责
