Job description
- Help company to have a better understanding on the market situation / market trend / market expectation as well as to analyze for the market players for China West Region.
- Look for new business opportunities and new collaboration partners in the area with existing product mix.
- To expand new channels and business models with the unique created business / marketing tools for the area to form an independent platform for Pergo products that may differ from other regions but fit with sales need for the West.
- Work out and make the business development proposal for the west, supervise the implementation process and provide suggestions for business development to the company’s management team.
- Responsible for creating direct sales points for promoting Pergo products in the region with our customized marketing tools and package.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of dealers, responsible for collecting feedback for partners and assist on solving problems.
- With direct participation or support on all necessary business discussion / negotiation together with distributors/dealers with the purpose to close the deal.
- Fully support on the development of the commercial / project segment in the area by working closely with the existing partner or with the new potential partners.
- Give suggestions and work closely with marketing team( SH ) on how to support Sales of all accounts in the respective area with our customized marketing tools.
- Co-ordination of all related question as e.g. shop outfit / media with the local marketing team China( SH )
- Responsible for promoting on company’s marketing strategy for the area, achieving the annual operating forecast for the region.
- Set up and implement product trainings with collaboration of technical support from SH office.
- Regularly visit pos of dealers in the responsible area in order to maintain a deep understanding of local/regional business environment.
- Make sure all customized Pergo products are presented according to brand guideline for West.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
- Communicate and report all business issues to Senior Key Account/Country Manager Greater China
- Have very good understanding on market trend, knowing market needs and expectations from all collaboration partners time to time.
- Able to analyze time to time sales performances with existing distributors/dealers and able to lead a plan if anything needed to be improved.
- Respect all company rules and regulations on submitting all working plans and reports in time
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Desired Skills and Experience
- University degree and above, major in finance, marketing , economy or management.
- Mature and independent graduates, preferably with 5- 8 years sales related work experience
- Advanced relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
- Preferably experience with setting up direct distribution
- Have rich business negotiation experience, strong ability of public relations coordination activities.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
- Strong ability to work independently and with teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
