Responsibility:

A.Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the purchase of materials required for MRO business;

B.Develop and maintain good sources in purchasing of materials to support manufacturing operations; 

C.Process purchase requisitions and requests for quotes to suppliers. Lead and organize multi-functional teams to carry out purchasing activities and acquire the inventory in a cost effective and timely manner. 

D.Coordinate material requirements' generation in ERP system for BOM and Routing set up; 

E.Create MRP, Purchasing Order Request and follow up Purchasing Order status with both Logistic and suppliers to well support manufacturing; 

F.Control total raw material inventory to be under budget. Manage item/supplier phase in/out and minimize E&O inventory;

G.Conduct the bidding process and contract negotiation, ensure all transactions and activities are accurate and compliant with procedure

H.Set up Scorecard for key supplies and lead supplier performance assessment. Monitor the performance of the suppliers during program launch and secure continuous improvement in supplier performance.

I.Develops and coordinates sourcing project plans. Communicates changes and progress status.  Completes projects on time and within budget.

J.Responsible for maintaining item master in ERP/SSM;

Qualification:

?5 years of planning and purchasing experience 

?Knowledge of BOM structure, production planning and logistic lead time concept.

?Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written & verbal) 

?Good interpersonal and people skills.

?Good MS office skill, MRP/ERP system experience 

?Experience in the Aerospace MRO industry preferred
