Job Purpose:

To be the leader of costing function in financial operation through analysis and controlling for all manufacturing sites (incl. OEM sites) for Saint-Gobain Gyproc, Mortars and Insulation China businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Cost & Inventory Management

1.         Business partner for operation director and operation team. Provide professional analysis and proposal for decision support

2.         Monthly production cost review & analysis; Financial/performance oversight to manufacturing operations, inform management team if any operational deviation

3.         Closely work together with operation team, contribute to product cost optimization

4.         Simulated cost calculation for commercial or any simulation needed;

5.         Stock management and ensure the proper valuation of inventory

6.         Forecasting / Budget, production cost involvement;

7.         Yearly M3 production cost organization;

8.         Capex+ company first level validator;

9.         WCM CD pillar

10.     Others assigned by CEO, VP – Finance and Financial Controller

Management Improvement Supporting

1. Standardize costing calculation methods, processing, reporting & continuous    process improvement;

2.       Capex pay back calculation & follow;

3.       Inventory management related procedure draft and supervise;

4.       Involve in concession reception & degrade review;

Digital Finance

1. Make sure digital supports daily running and continue to optimize and develop based on actual needs and feedback.

Team Leader

1.  In charge of team development, including training, coach and future career development.

2.  Take care team members and sure they have good performance.

Qualification Requirements：

1. Bachelor, prefer the major in Finance, Accounting or Audit. MBA plus.
2. At least 10 years’ working experience with more than 5 years in Cost Manager or Cost Controller position to cover more than 2 manufacturing sites oversights.
3. Team management experience with more than 2 team members.
