  岗位职责: We are looking for an expert in loyalty building and customer retention for Kerry Properties China business.
The Senior Manager / Manager, Loyalty Program?reports to KerryOn GM and works very closely with Kerry Properties central marketing team on program rollout in local market, program operation and result tracking.

What You’ll Do
Loyalty Program Setup
  * In charge of the loyalty program setup at Kerry’s mixed-use developments in Shanghai;
  * Work closely with internal stakeholders and technical vendors to set up a back-end system and customer facing interface for loyalty program;
  * Work closely with Consumer Database Team to understand the business dynamics, and assist on CRM planning with a clear understanding of business objective;
  * Work with a cross-functional team to recommend on Business Rules / Contact Policy.

?Loyalty Program Management
  * Manage and develop program campaigns, provide timely evaluation for learning and planning purposes;
  * Identify third party collaboration opportunities for system integration and member operation purposes;
  * Closely monitor competitors’ digital & CRM marketing activities and have sense of the fast-moving digital trend.

Business Data Analysis
  * Design and manage customer database platforms and employ advanced analytics to analyze customer behavior and spending, to maximize revenue from various customers groups;
  * Communication and Reporting;
  * Develop program communication calendar (inclusive DM, eDM, Mobile), execution and work closely with teammates to segment and reach VIPs effectively and strategically;
  * Generate and analyze monthly reports, campaigns and promotion reports periodically to review effectiveness and share insights for improvement.

You will have superior organizational, time-management and follow-up skills. You are polished, sophisticated, and have very strong work ethic, energy and the willingness and ability to regularly participate in evening and weekend events, to travel, as required.
?Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:
  * Technologically savvy – committed to embracing and employing new technologies;
  * Very data driven and logic thinker and be able to seek opportunities in the market to develop short- and long-term strategies and plan to take advantage of opportunities or mitigate risks and threats;
  * Customer oriented and be able to anticipate future customer trends and needs and orientates the business to meet these;
  * Be able to add value to the team by understanding the current business model and identifying what needs to be changed to deliver on value proposition;
  * Be able to deal with obstacles and problem in a timely manner and work with others to generate creative and innovative solutions to deal with issues and problems that hinder performance;
  * Minimum of 6 years’ experience in retail marketing with focus in CRM;
  * Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and project management skills is highly essential, and a good knowledge in Retail Projects, POS, E-Commerce, CRM, store operations as well as an awareness in new technology development will be required;
  * Strong analytical and quick problem-solving skills;
  * Detail-minded and able to work across a diverse array of internal teams.
