Responsibilities:

·         Support R&D Chemists on project related lab work, including raw material screening, lab formula compounding, specification testing and testing data summary.

·         Support Lab 5S and Safety.

·         Support process development and on-site trials.

·         Support purchasing team for raw material qualification.

·         On-time delivery of high-quality work assigned by chemists related to development projects.

·         Compliant behaviors and on-time quality work regarding lab 5S & Safety.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, specialized in Polymers and/or Material science.

·         Minimum 2 years experiences in chemical industry.

·         Autonomy in material development and industrialization.

·         Work independently. Plan and arrange experimental work and data processing in advance.

·         Preferred language: Chinese (Fluent) English (Basic).
