主要职责：

    

1. 研究和发展潜在客户，并与客户建立良好的长期合作关系；
2. 挖掘客户需求，帮助客户诊断绩效改善的问题；
3. 制定销售计划、实现销售业绩指标；
4. 帮助和支持咨询顾问，提出最合适的解决方案；
5. 以实现客户满意为目标进行项目管理、实施与跟进；
6. 不断拓展新客户，积极维护大客户关系；
7. 以成为助理顾问为目标，满足客户的期望。

    

任职要求：

    

1. 大学本科或以上学历；
2. 乐于从事销售行业，有较强的自我激励和自我管理能力；
3. 优秀的表达与呈现能力，善于与人沟通；
4. 能承受工作压力，喜欢具有挑战性的工作。
