Job description: offshore business development/marketing officer

The main tasks:

1. Quantitativemarketing for development of offshore investments

2. Regulatorydocuments and daily operational life of the funds

Description of thetasks:

1. Quantitativemarketing for offshore investments

Objective 1:participate in the marketing development and the daily life marketing of theoffshore business

? Marketing materialsfor launching structures for offshore investors presenting the China markets,our positioning (competitor analysis), some particular hot topics in Europe(ESG, etc)

? Regular marketing:monthly factsheets, particular marketing campaign, roadshow documents, etc.

2. Regulatory documents for offshore funds and everydaylife activity of the fund

Objective2:Support the daily life of the business for offshore investments in terms ofregulation and business

? Regulatory: UCITS constraintsto follow

? Daily management ofthe fund: communication with external partners (ex: UCITS platform) forsubscription/redemption process, middle office and back office operations.

Requirements:

? Young graduate orjunior with background in Finance/economics/marketing

? Excellent level inEnglish

? Programming skills:MS Office, Python is a plus

? Attitude matters:strong motivation to help the team to deliver, to learn new topics, to takeinitiatives

? Role with differenttopics：candidate should be ready to be involved in all different topics andinteract with different teams

主要职责描述：

1. 负责离岸投资业务市场开拓工作：

参与海外投资项目的建立和日常后续跟踪

a. 制作市场推广工作材料，内容包括但不限于向境外投资者介绍中国市场的发展，公司的主要策略与定位，竞争者分析，一些特定的热点话题如ESG投资理念等

b. 撰写常规市场披露文件：月度报告，特定市场活动，路演材料等

2. 负责离岸投资业务市场维护工作（文案向）

完成海外投资项目的日常运营与合规文件的准备

a. 合规上：检查是否符合UCITS体系风险指标

b. 运营上：负责海外投资项目中与第三方合作伙伴的交流（如UCITS平台），产品的申购/赎回流程，中后台工作的计算与复核

要求：

?应届毕业生或小于两年工作经验，学术背景为金融/经济/市场营销

?英语可作为工作语言

?编程能力：MS Office，有python基础更优

?工作积极主动，学习能力强，愿意参与探索到更多更新的项目

? 适应较快的工作节奏，不同职能的轮换以及与其他部门的合作
