POSITION JUSTIFICATIONS:

    

The Supply Chain specialist will cover imp & exp logistic operation, while with future focus on purchasing mainly.

    

    

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

1.  Routine imp and exp logistic activities, eg. vessel booking, Doc. preparation etc.

    

2.  Distribution center logistic delivery and cost management.

    

3.  Dangerous goods transportation, shipping, storage handling.

    

4.  Freight forwarder and shipping cost management.

    

5.  Regional interface as a window for Asia logistic.

    

6.  Strict operation discipline to ensure internal regulation and external logistic compliance.

    

7.  Connect with suppliers and manage purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery.

    

8.  Manager supplier relationship, work with line manager on allocation plan to ensure competitive and stable supply.

    

9.  Purchasing cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation etc.

    

10.  Ensure daily operation meet or exceed set KPIs.

      

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    

Education/experience

    

- Bachelor degree

    

- 3-5 year international trade or logistic experience, chemical industry preferred;

    

- Purchasing experience is a plus;

    

- Good knowledge of MS office and ERP system.

- Well developed communication skills;

    

- Problem solving capabilities;

    

- Strong ownership to deliver results;

    

- Independent;

    

- Ability to set priorities;

    

- Ability to under stress/with deadlines.
