岗位职责:

1. 遵守采购行为准则, 根据公司总部的采购需求，完成各项零部件在国内供应商处的询价工作；
2. 具备丰富的谈判经验以及不断为公司降低和控制采购成本的能力,协助亚洲经理对供应商进行开发/评估；
3. 根据相关零部件图纸进行成本分析，保证采购的高性价比；相关文件的准备/相关结果的汇报以及与合同签订；
4. 定时对采购数据作比较分析，不断开发能节省成本的新供应商和开展相关工作并最终实现成本降低目标；积极主动对供应商风险管理，避免业务中断；
5. 完成亚洲经理指定的其它所有相关工作；支持其它部门同事的工作，协助处理采购过程中的异常。

            

  

任职要求:

1. 28岁以下，大专或以上学历， 3-5年采购经验，有贸易类外资企业经验为佳。
2. 品行端正，行为职业化，有良好的沟通和协调技巧。具备解决各类问题和纠纷的能力，抗压能力强。
3. 有紧固件等五金件行业和船务经验优先
4. 普通话标准，具备良好的英语能力，英文听说读写良好，能与老外沟通。

          

  

Job Description

1. Comply with purchasing rules of conduct. Complete the inquiry of various parts at domestic suppliers according the company headquarters’ purchasing plan and requirement
2. Rich negotiation experience with suppliers and the ability to continuously reduce and control purchasing cost for the company. Give assistance to Asia manager to develop and evaluate suppliers.
3. Make cost analysis according the relevant parts drawings to ensure the best cost performance. Prepare the documents/report of relevant results and sign the contract.
4. Analyze the purchase data timely, keep searching the suppliers that can save cost. Proactively manage the supplier risk to avoid business interruption
5. Support colleagues’ work in other departments and assist to solve the problems in procurement process..

 

                

Requirements:

1. Under 28 years old, College or above, 3-5 years working experience with sourcing function in foreign trading company is preferred..
2. Good character, professional behavior, good communication and coordination skills.
3. experience of metal parts and logistic is preferred.

         4. Standard mandarin, Good English both in written and spoken.

INTERTRADE now wishes to develop as a fully fledged trading company selling those metal parts to international customers while buying in China.
