1. Work closely with key business partners and stakeholders in the region to execute assigned business plans and achieve budgetary objectives. 
2. Collaborate with sales team and stakeholders of business partners to deliver sustainable superior brand image and sales growth of the company products at the point of purchase in responsible region in the Traditional Trade market.  
3. Utilize work force and support from Business partners in the region to plan and execute the promotion plans as assigned successfully. 
4. Monitor performance of key business partners and report monthly basis on business status & regular sales meeting to communicate business development status and identify issues in the market to jointly formulate action plans to proactively address any gaps in targets achievement. This includes a monthly review and evaluation of ROI for the distributors / agents as well as giving basic recommendation to these key business partners to improve their ROI. 
5. Perform detailed analysis of market trends and brand shares, category sales, competitors information and promotion evaluation and volume performance per region, customers and channel assigned. Provide reports and insight to Customer & Channel Development management team, brief them on analysis findings and remedy plan to improve sales attainment whenever required. 
6. Build relationships with key business partners in the trade and update key wholesalers information in the market. Regularly update on the distribution mapping in China, to evaluate and modify proper distribution model which can be sustained. 
7. Manage day-to-day sales operation of Traditional Trade, guide, coach & monitor Performance of Sales Team to assure a full achievement of the KPI targets assigned and support with corrective action plans to timely address any gaps.  Also suggest appropriate incentive schemes for the sales team. 

技能要求：

1.  Thai or Chinese nationality with good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English. For non-Thai, ability to speak a working level of Thai is a plus.
2. Bachelor or Master's degree in Business administration or related field ? Strong negotiating and influencing skills。
3. Proactive and possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit & practical creativity.
4. Willing to go extra miles, take on challenging tasks & drive own initiatives with a strong determination & commitment to deliver the targets set.
5. Good analytical skills, able to work well under pressure and having good interpersonal & persuasive communication skills..
6. Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
