Responsibilities:

1）Facilitate and lead interviews, workshops to gather information and generate ideas and content for solutions

2）Collaboratively work with Product Owner, Business Sponsors, UIUX Designers, QA, and Development Teams

3）Generate the product landscape, functionality structure, system context diagram, user key tasks, etc.

4）Generate, prioritize and maintain the product backlog items

5）Develop and compose product requirements documents, user stories, wireframe

6）Clarify the requirement, user stories in writing or in meetings with the development team to ensure that all the acceptance criteria are unambiguous, aligned and consistent

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5+ years BA working experience with Wechat, App and digital solution .

2. Bachelor degree with computer or related major

3. Good at business mode understanding in order to identify pain-points and product opportunities.

4. Good at business requirements breakdown and product planning, good coordination and project management skills, full-life-cycle project delivery experiences are must

5. Proficient in conduct competitor & user research, create user flows, develop wireframes and gather feedback.

6. Proficient in developing epics, user stories, and user acceptance testing cases/plans.

7. Team player with can-do attitude and possess quick learning ability

8. Good English skill both oral and written
