Responsibilities & Duties

 

? Develop, implement and follow through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in line with company vision and goals.

? Implement and support right organization structure of the Company.

? Be responsible for the C&B regular activities. i.e. monthly payroll, annual budget, etc.

? Develop the reward programs to drive the employee at high engagement level.

? Deal with various employee relation matters and be able to explain company rules and regulations in a professional manner.

? Drive performance management process to support the achieving of business goal.

? Keep abreast of market trend and development in terms of compensation and benefit, analyse reward and compensation for employees to remain market competitiveness.

? Strengthen the competency management by planning and delivering training and development programs.

? Support management to promote company culture by launching various activities.

 

Education and Experience

? Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Business, or Language background;

? At least 5 years human resources working experience.

 

Desirable Attributes

? Familiar with the human resources policy and procedures, understanding national HR related policies and regulations.

? Strong communication skill, problems solving skill, good team player, focus on goals and future orientation.

? Good computer skills in MS Office Software（such as Excel、word、PowerPoint、Outlook）
