工作职责：
1. 负责临床研究按方案要求实施。

2. 在研究过程中，向团队成员提供准确、及时的信息。。

3. 协助维护所有与研究有关的CRFs；完成入组受试者的CRFs问卷填写。

4. 通过微信建群、电话随访等方式管理已招募入组的受试者。

5. 按照方案要求监察项目进展，并向相关人员报告。

6. 负责受试者的招募和筛选。
7. 良好的沟通技巧和独立工作能力；

8. 熟悉医院工作流程者优先。

学历要求：

1. 大专以上学历

2. 管理、护理、检验、卫生相关专业毕业。

3. 有医院工作经验为佳
