岗位职责:

1.  熟悉天猫平台运营、各种营销工具及推广模式，并能主导策划与制定相关的计划，制定店铺的营销策略，落实日常运营并完成销售目标；

2. 制定并完成月度店铺推广方案及执行，跟踪并反馈数据结果，不断优化推广方案；

3. 有效协调内部员工顺利有效完成工作；

4. 跟进同行业运营情况及天猫平台最新动态，能主动思考提出优化建议；

5. 跟进平台节奏，为店铺争取合适资源，达成更优销售目标；

岗位要求：

1. 全日制大专及以上学历；

2. 三年以上天猫平台电商/电商行业运营管理工作经验；

3. 有做大促方案和大促复盘经验优先，有新品牌运营经验优先，美妆护肤类目经验者优先；

4. 有良好的团队合作意识、有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度；
