Key responsibilities:

 

1:  Monitor the production process according to the production plan which set by the operation manager. Preside over daily production meeting in workshop, able to coordinate with other departments to deal with daily issues in production process. Be able to foresee or coordinate to deal with difficult problems in assembly process and report to operation manager in time.根据营运经理制定的生产计划，对生产过程有效监控。主持车间每日生产例会，能够跟各部门协调处理生产过程中的日常事宜。能够预见或及时协调处理装配过程中的难点问题，及时向营运经理汇报。

2：Be able to implement all work that related to production department according to ISO management system, including optimizing process, document filing. 能够依据ISO管理体系，落实和生产部有关的各项工作，包含优化流程，文件存档等。

3:  Be able to strictly control the workshop production cost, reasonably arrange the overtime work in the factory, constantly optimize and improve, and submit the production working hours report to relevant departments. 能够严格控制车间生产成本，合理安排厂内加班，不断优化提升，并向相关部门提交生产工时报告。

 4：Familiar with production safety, fire safety and other relevant laws and regulations, do all kinds of documents. Responsible for the safety production education and daily safety management of the workshop for the company's employees and outsourcing personnel, implement the safety production rules and regulations formulated by the company to prevent safety accidents. 熟悉生产安全、消防安全等相关法律法规，做好各类台账。负责对公司员工及外协人员进行安全生产教育和车间的日常安全管理工作，执行公司制定的安全生产规章制度，杜绝安全事故的发生。

5： Reasonable planning and management of workshop environment according to 5S requirements, develop assessment plan, publicize, implement 5S management systems, and constantly improve worker’s awareness of 5S. 依据5S要求对车间环境进行合理规划与管理，制定考核方案，宣传、贯彻、执行各项5S现场管理制度，不断提高员工5S意识。

6:  Management of workshop staff: strictly management workshop discipline, reward and punish clearly, improve staff morale; Participate in the construction of workshop staff, select appropriate personnel to fill; Implement classified training to improve worker’s skill that can meet the company's development requirements; Pay attention to the worker’s thought dynamic, communication with the workers in time. 对车间人员管理：严肃车间纪律，奖惩分明，提高员工士气；参与车间员工队伍建设，选拔合适的人员进行填补；不定期的对现有员工技能水平进行分级分类的培训和考核，满足公司发展对员工技能水平的要求；关注下属员工思想动态，及时做好与员工的沟通工作。

7: Improve the management of production tools, equipment maintenance , non-productive material management system, and implement the documents records. 完善生产工具管理，设备维护与保养，非生产性物料管理的各类制度，并落实台账记录。

Qualifications:

  1：Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or industrial management. 本科及以上学历，机械类或工业管理类相关专业。

  2：At least 6 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing (equipment or parts) and at least 3 years production management experience in a foreign enterprise.六年以上机械制造业（设备或零部件）工作经验，并具有三年以上外资企业的生产管理经验。

  3：Familiar with ISO management system, JIT lean production process, and familiar with production cost control 、 production process, good at production control and site management.  熟悉ISO质量体系，JIT精益生产流程，熟悉生产成本控制和生产部门的运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理。

  4：Good English language skills: listen, speak, read, and write. 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

  5：Good professional dedication and stress tolerance, excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills and strain capacity.具有较好的敬业精神和抗压能力，优秀的领导能力，沟通协调能力和应变能力。

Hennecek GmbH is worldwide leader in the field of polyurethane foaming machines and related production lines. The company, located in Sankt Augustin nearby city Bonn, holds international leading position in the areas of slabstock production line, refrigerator foaming line, sandwich panel production line and moulded foam production line.
