1. Oversee the full recruiting life-cycle by developing specific strategies for each role and managing resources effectively.
2. Participate in the identification and screening process and present qualified candidates to department for review.
3. Assist candidates in offer negotiations.
4. Participate in the evolution of the recruiting process by coming up with new ideas and providing suggestions for improvement in terms of talent identification, candidate attraction, creating events/webinars to engage with potential candidates.
5. Contribute to the growth of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
6. Participate in the campus recruiting and other projects of talent acquisition.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2. Significant recruiting experience in pharmaceutical industries, experience in R&D, Quality, Manufacture, Medical Affair function is preferred.
3. Experiences of headhunter is preferred.
4. Experience developing and implementing effective talent acquisition solutions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to thrive consistently in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
7. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
