KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Control All account aspect of SSH
• Monitor the daily expenses, prepare monthly reports w analysis
• Prepare Journals in both Local and Group  systems
• Dealing with tax authority
• Update all Government certificates in a timely manner
• Support annual audits for all group companies
• Prepare monthly closing, producing monthly closing reports
• Prepare regular forecast

Support all team members for any ad hoc projects whenever require

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

2. University graduate with min 8 years of financial accounting experience
3. Able to communicate in both written and spoken English
4. Team player with high level of sense of responsibility
5. Familiar with both China and International accounting standard
6. Well familiar with Microsoft office
7. Occasional OT is required (particularly during monthly closing and budget period) 

KNOWLEDGE:

·   Strong accounting knowledge

·   Good in ERP system

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·   Good in Excel / Words / Powerpoint functions and financial data manipulation

·   Good inter-personal skills, self motivated and able to work independently, excellent team player

·   Can communicate in oral and written English
