Planning and coordinating ocean freight with foreign agents from the point of origin (place of shipment) to the point of goods being on-board a vessel, and tracking vessel departure dates.

Servicing a portfolio of customers through constant monitoring of shipments and timely feedback and communication.

Ensuring the availability of quality information pertaining to the agency network, freight rates, and other service information of carriers for decision making.

AP/AR management

Liaising with and helping the Sales & Marketing Division to secure business growth

Facilitate Business Development through relationship building with overseas agents.

Marketing information collection and reporting

Vendor management.
