In this role, you will work collaboratively with global and national on boarding teams to facilitate and manage the on-boarding of new business secured by our air and sea business fields via our Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperate clolsely with Business field stake-holders and local branch operations to ensure business field adherence to milestones and updating of relevant tasks
- Facilitate communication with customers, including customer visits, regularly scheduled implementation calls and regular review meetings to track implementation progress
- Develop project plans with milestones to effectively manage each individual implementation
- Work collaboratively with Customer solutions teams, other business units and subject matter experts to ensure customer requirements are being executed
- Drive the development of operating procedures relevant to the business being implemented
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Self driven analysis of process- and performance related KPI’s with the help of the applicable systems to ensure milestones are met
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
To be considered, you should have minimum 2 years of logistics operation experience. You should be proactive and driven to ensure projects are implemented on time. You are able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You should also be customer centric and system-savvy.
