2. 工程项目的项目建议书、可行性研究阶段的投资估算、财务分析报告编制工作。

3. 项目后评估等咨询报告编制；

4. 熟悉工程投资估算，经济分析、初步设计概算；

5. 相关文件整理归档工作。

职位要求：

教育背景：本科及以上学历，建筑工程管理、概预算等相关专业

工作经验：8年以上有机固废经济分析相关工作经验

技术和专业知识：

1.熟悉建设工程清单计价规范及建设项目设计概算编审规程；

2.掌握新技术，了解有机固废国内工程造价动态；

3.熟悉工程投资估算编制规范；

4.熟悉投资类项目财务分析；

5.责任心强，善于团队合作，能与其他同事有效沟通；

6.能够接受短时间出差。
