Responsible for the company’s end to end sourcing of identified electronic components essential for our operations and customers 

The candidate will possess the ability to work at the company level and define a wide worldwide supply base to identify cost saving opportunities, ensure supply continuity & flexibility, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, and generate contracts to assure seamless availability of all products to support the company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the e2e activities from assigned commodities, including sourcing, contract management, cost optimization and supply continuity.

Analyze commodity trends to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities.

Responsible for negotiations for best “Total Cost” service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.

Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning.

Maintain and develop supplier relationships.

Embrace Digital Transformation Procurement Initiatives concept.

Qualifications, Skills And Abilities:

Business or Technical Education background

10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or electronic component management experience in MNC of IT industries

Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts

Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate, negotiate, think strategically, and make decisions. Ability to work at both strategic level & execute tactically as required.

Fluent communication in English
