职位描述

  1. Process tickets on the Supplier Quality Performance (SQP) web portal (the web portal through which Customers submit quality non-conformity notices to APAC IRF, and through which APAC IRF forwards such notices to the responsible party, either the Component Supplier or the Logistic Service Providers):

    1. Review and approve/reject all SQP pre-tickets (quality non-conformity notices from Customers to APAC IRF) on time

    2. Coordinate with the Supplier Quality Team to understand status of Component Quality related SQP tickets (quality non-conformity notices from APAC IRF to Component Suppliers) and report to Customer and APAC IRF Management if necessary

    3. Work with the IRF Operations and IRF Packaging Teams to analyze (Root Cause), resolve and process all Logistic Quality related SQP tickets (quality non-conformity notices from APAC IRF to Logistic Service Providers)

    4. Coordinate with Finance and Component Suppliers or Logistic Service Providers to ensure full financial claim recovery for all closed SQP tickets

    5. Coordinate with IRF Operations, Supplier Quality and Finance to support Customers’ requests before and after SQP ticket closure (if any; e.g. component returns, financial claim recovery etc.)

       

  2. Map and streamline all APAC IRF and APAC SCM processes:

    1. Work together with the APAC SCM Teams and supporting Teams (such as Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Finance etc.) to document and map out in detail any process not yet documented, then arrange formal sign off by all relevant Teams

    2. Work together with the APAC SCM Teams and supporting Teams to audit, review and streamline all existing processes, reducing waste and losses

    3. Work together with the APAC IRF Teams and supporting Teams to ensure that all new processes are developed in a streamlined manner

    4. Organize regular and special Process trainings with the APAC SCM Teams

       

  3. Manage IRF metrics and KPIs:

    1. Work together with other IRF Teams and the Logistic Service Providers to collect, organize and review all existing metrics efficiently.

    2. Work together with other IRF Teams and the Logistic Providers to identify Root Causes for all below target KPIs, and ensure that improvement plans are put in place and implemented, realigning KPIs to target

    3. Work together with other IRF Teams to develop new metrics and KPIs as needed and improve the existing ones, so that an actionable and representative set of metrics and KPIs is in place for every business function within IRF.

    4. Work together with IRF Teams from the four global Regions to align metrics and KPIs to the same standards globally, so that a shared and comparable set of data is always available

    5. Present, with the support of the relevant business functions, all relevant metrics and KPIs to management reviews and global meetings.

Main Targets:

  1. Review and approve/reject 100% of SQP pre-tickets within 3 days from submission

  2. Analyze, resolve and process 100% of Logistic Quality related SQP tickets within the end of each year

  3. Define financial recovery plan for 100% of closed SQP tickets within the end of each year

  4. Map out 100% of First Priority processes, plus Second Priority processes as required

  5. Ensure that 100% of APAC IRF new processes are mapped out and streamlined before launch

  6. Collect, maintain and report metrics and KPIs on a monthly basis, ensuring that 100% of below target metrics have an improvement plan in place before next review.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ work experience, of which a minimum of 1 year performing Quality or Processes or KPI related activities. Experience in Logistics, particularly international logistics, and automotive business is preferred.

  2. Language: fluent English – writing and speaking, preferred if also Italian – writing and speaking.

  3. Computer skills: MS Office (esp. Excel, Visio, Outlook, Access), preferred if also QlikSense or similar Business Intelligence tools (QlikView, PowerBI etc.).

  4. Social skills and competences: quality mindset, pro-activeness, team working, problem solving, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation & conflict management.

  5. Education: Bachelor Degree, preferred if also Master’s Degree.
