PURPOSE

Is to support the compliance manager to monitor different supplier KPI through certain IT tool and also when some issue happens she/he should be able to conduct individual investigation and then write professional report in EN to the team.

GENERAL MISSION

1. Maintain Auchan supplier database and ensure entire registered sites are covered by valid social and quality audit report.  

2. Work closely with 3 party lab to generate annual audit plan as well as to realize certain social compliance control which required by Auchan head office.   

3. Study social compliance codes and quality control requirements with the auditor specialist, collect and score the audit report received from Auchan suppliers.   

4. Communicate company QMS and COC requirement internally with commercial team and externally with suppliers.

5. Apply on site investigation individually when some suspicion report received from 3rd party lab or Auchan head office.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in product/processing related role.

Experience with a brand & retailer and industry partner is preferred.

2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products.

3. Fluent English required and strong verbal and written communication skill in local market language.

4. Team player, presentation skills, cross cultural communication, project management, able to travel.

5. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, BSCI social code, SMETA ETI code.（Perfered but not must）
