职位描述

- 负责提供金融行业AI产品规划、推广和设计咨询服务，协助客户开展智能化转型规划和设计工作

- 负责分析客户业务现状和需求，进行整体人工智能建设规划和落地咨询，围绕AI创新应用方面进行分析设计，规划实施路径

- 负责分析具体业务流程，识别AI技术的结合点和KPI，设计业务模式、使用场景和详细实施方案，促进需求和相关产品的有效结合

- 能够研究人机交互、智能对话系统、图像识别、语音识别、情绪识别和自然语言处理等技术的创新应用场景，解决客户实际业务问题

- 组织客户沟通和方案交流，形成项目建议书，并能够带领项目团队完成项目交付

- 总结归纳AI相关产品标准化、业务咨询等解决方案，形成方法论和评价体系

任职要求

- 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，金融业务背景和咨询公司工作经验优先

- 8年以上金融相关人工智能相关产品设计和项目管理经验

- 有金融行业风险管理及合规管理相关AI应用经验落地经验

- 有深度学习、NLP领域项目实际方案研究和项目落地经验

- 优秀的行业分析、业务理解能力和问题解决能力，逻辑思维清晰

- 目标驱动，优秀的执行力、团队合作意识和创新意识

- 形象良好，出色的沟通表达能力、演讲能力

- 擅长PPT，扎实的文档能力

- 优秀的普通话和英语听说读写能力

Job Description

- Providing financial industry AI product planning, promotion and design consulting services, and assisting clients in intelligent transformation planning and design

- Analysing customers' business demands, conducting overall AI innovative project planning and implementation path

- Analysing specific business processes, identifying the interface points of AI technology and business. designing business patterns, application scenarios and implementation plans to promote based on related AI product

- Able to research innovative application scenarios, using technologies such as human-computer interaction system, intelligent dialogue system, image recognition, speech recognition, emotion recognition and NLP to solve customers' practical business problems

- Organize meeting and prepare project proposal, lead engagement team and deliver value-added services to customer

- Summarize AI related product standardization, business consulting solutions, methodology and evaluation framework

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree and above, in computer science or related major, with financial background and working experience in consulting company is preferred

- At least 8 years of experience in finance-related artificial intelligence product design and project management

- Experienced in AI application related to risk management and compliance management in the financial industry

- Proven experience of solution research and project implementation in Deep-Learning and NLP field

- Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving time management, interpersonal and communication skills

- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, excellent execution, teamwork spirit and innovation consciousness

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good at PPT and solid document writing ability

- Good written and spoken Chinese & English
