职位描述

工作职责

1、

网站项目的开发和运营维护。

统筹制定网站的建设方案,包括页面板块、搜索优化、推广计划等。

负责公司网站站内站外收录、反链及关键词排名优化SEO,提升其在搜索引擎中的权重及排名。

负责SEO、360、百度等推广工作。

熟悉SEO优化策略,熟练掌握SEO相关技巧。


2、

对运营数据有一定的敏感度,能单独制作数据收集报表。

负责日常销售数据资料的整理,分类,汇总和分析等。


3、

协助管理和运营公司自媒体账号,包括公众号、百家号、搜狐号、头条号、知乎等,提升粉丝关注量、阅读量及信息流推荐刷次。

负责公司搜索媒体环境优化SMO,提升其在搜索引擎中的整体品牌口碑。

熟悉美团、饿了么和大众点评等平台的运营管理工作。

熟悉google ads等SEM工具。


4、

负责客户搜索引擎内整体PR、口碑等多维度的方案调研,并提供优化解决策略与具体的执行方案。

热爱SEO及SMO工作、熟悉搜索引擎营销的各种工具。

擅于研究搜索引擎周边各新产品或相关技术,关注互联网行业最新动态。

每日异常问处理题,关注平台规则变化并及时处理应对。


6、

能稳定踏实的跟公司长期发展。

工作积极主动,耐心细致,责任心强,肯学习肯吃苦。

富于团队协作精神,善于沟通,良好的团队合作精神。


岗位要求:

1、计算机或相关专业,具有扎实的计算机和网络基础理论知识。

2、全国统招本科及以上学历,综合能力突出者可酌情放宽学历要求。

3、身体健康,品行端正,无不良职业记录,无犯罪记录。

4、熟练掌握JavaScript、html和css。

5、熟悉JQuery、JSON、SQL、AJAX、XML、XSLT等技术。

6、熟悉PHP、.Net、JSP等技术。

7、具有数据分析能力。

8、有广告/互联网行业从业经验者优先。

9、有网络口碑维护经验及媒体公关经验者优先。

10、具有AI、PS、PR等文字、图片及视频编辑软件基础者优先考虑。

11、熟练使用办公软件,如Excel、PPT、word等。

12、熟练使用windows和苹果操作系统。

管理岗位职责要求:

In Operation


· Seek business opportunities, create marketing strategies and action plans for cooperate development; Analyze market to search potential clients by advertisement, website, WeChat, E-mail, corporate brochure, social media, etc.


· Control the dynamic industry information, organizing and participating in timely brand promotion, product presentation, community outreach, and trade show;


· Conducting market research, monitor trends and analyze data. Identify and track the potential consumers, strategic partnerships, or even competitors. Control the consumer’s needs and the industry development;


· Build and maintain social channels to expand business by social media, industry conference, or public relations events, increasing market awareness;


· Implement customer-service standard and follow-up the sales team activity in the CRM to develop and maintain key customers, business partners and other public relationships to ensure the overall success.




In Administration


· Create, evaluate, and communicate business goals to the regional team; Guide, manage and monitor the work of sales team to achieve sales objectives;


· Recruit, interview, assess and select talent account managers and consultants according to the development of company. Ensure all account managers and consultants are addressed regarding disciplinary issues, training and development


· Train and motivate staff to best performance to accomplish overall goal of every business activities.


· Make revenue budgets, properly allocate resources implement expenditure plan to pursue the up-most utilization of resources and staffs, and to initiate gross-profit plans.


· Make great decision in crucial time and enforce policies and procedures to drive the development of company; Implement compensation actions when unexpected situation appears;


· Never cease to personal improvement. Update professional knowledge by participating in necessary training and reading professional publications.


· Other duties as assigneBuild relationships and represent the company with existing business partners to expand and grow existing business.


· Prospect for potential new channel opportunities, Evaluate potential business deals for profitability, deal requirements, and the company’s ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.


· Work closely with the other group members to create strong marketing collateral, programs, and presentations.


· Evaluate marketing and business development plans and track ROI of initiatives to ensure funding and investments are appropriately allocated.


· Regularly travel to projects sites to engage the teams and drive projects and organizational alignment. Serve as a resource for the projects teams in trouble shooting issues and challenges impeding delivery of objectives.


· Coordinate and work directly with project management teams, creative teams, legal teams and all departments to ensure aspects of the business effort are completed according to process, schedule and expectation.


· Other duties as assigned.
