· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for Raute manufactured machines and equipment at our customers mills, or remotely using modern online tools. 在客户工厂为 Raute 制造的机器和设备执行预防性和纠正性维护任务和故障排除，或使用现代在线工具远程执行

· Occasionally onsite machine installation and training customers for new equipment客户现场进行机器安装和新设备培训

· Take responsibility for high-quality service planning and implementation of customer visits and reporting of the work负责高质量的服务规划，客户访问和工作报告

· Acts as Raute′s representative at customer sites作为Raute在客户现场的代表

· Promote further sales through additional services, recommendation of spare parts, upgrades and modernizations. 通过附加服务、备件推荐、升级和现代化来促进进一步的销售

· Readiness to travel both domestic and overseas travelling. Travels range from a few days to 3 months, longer ones are negotiable有国内外出差可能。出差时间不定。

· No direct supervisor responsibility but the duties of the installation supervisor and site manager includes management responsibility for site employees. Job is mainly expert type.无直接主管责任，但安装主管和现场经理的职责包括对现场员工的管理责任。工作以专家型为主

Qualifications and Attributes

· Good knowledge of control systems, PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley), motion control and frequency converters. 熟悉控制系统、PLC（Siemens, Allen Bradley）、运动控制和变频器

· Previous experience in maintenance tasks, knowledge of PC-based control systems, machine vision, pneumatics and hydraulics and knowledge of the wood products industry are considered an advantage. 有维修工作经验、基于PC的控制系统、机器视觉、气动和液压知识以及木制品行业的知识优先考虑

· Good knowledge of Raute′s technology and customer processes (training will be provided) ?充分了解劳特的技术和客户流程（将提供培训）

· Basic skills of a machine assembler机械装配的基本技能

· Ability to work independently with strong capability in problem solving skills. Success or failure affects directly to the production capacity of the customer′s mill. 独立工作能力强，解决问题能力强。成功与否直接影响客户工厂的生产能力。

· Strong Customer service attitude and communication skills (also in English) 良好的客户服务态度和沟通能力（英语）

· Computer and application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ERP, maintenance management system)

· Reporting skills计算机和应用技能（Word、Excel、Powerpoint、ERP、维护管理系统）

· Previous experience of the mechanical wood processing industry is considered an advantage机械木材加工行业者优先
