Responsibility:

• Supervise the team to adhere quality performance standards as specified in the Service Level Agreement and collaborate with Consumer Banking Group(CBG) to resolve related issues.
• Supervise the operation activities to ensure full compliance with both external regulatory codes/ordinance and internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures.
• Supervise below operation officer BAU handling accuracy as checker base on the SOP/OM strictly.
• Daily report reconciliation
• Daily drawdown funds settlement to provision account
• Daily sanction report to AML
• Manually freeze credit limit for suspicious cases decided by BU & AML
• Monthly revenue sharing fee payment (including data mapping with Third Party channel)
• Monthly check the information in customer ID vs the information delivered by 3rd party – AML purpose
• Monthly loan purpose tracking, e.g. according to HUOYAN triggered report to contact customers, submit to Committee for conclusion
• PBoC credit report dispute from customer
• Regulatory reporting
• Assist SH CBO head to ensure requests for Consumer Finance Ops are accomplished within specified standards of service in term of quality and turnaround time.
• Ensure prompt reporting to SH CBO head for exceptional incidents.

                                                            

Requirements:

• At least bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science or a related field;
• At least 5 years of working experience in the consumer banking industries, including 2 years of supervisory experience;
• Familiar with the Consumer Banking products, good appreciation of Consumer Loan；
• Good language and communication abilities both in Chinese and English.；
• Supervisory skills to guide and coach staff to achieve specified targets；
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
