Position: Project Manager

Reposting lines: Report to Project Director and General Manager

Location: Shanghai, Qingpu

Shanghai International Milestone is a wholly foreign owned company established in 2011 in Qingpu Export Processing Zone. The company is mainly focused on manufacturing, sourcing, logistics and international trading with North American & Latin American markets in sanitary ware sector.

The company is in strategic alliance with Franz Viegener S.A. (www.franzviegener.us), the top sanitary ware group in America with an annual turnover of USD 300M.

Mission of Project Manager:

The Project Manager is fully responsible for the execution and maintenance of a Project, facing a specific group of clients and suppliers, coordinating internal resources and external parties to ensure a smooth performance and optimal result of the Project.

Main Responsibilities:

- Daily communication with the clients and suppliers for the control of orders and deliveries;

- Prepare international trading documents, e.g. CI, PL, CO, etc.

- Elaborate and update periodically internal controlling documents and reports;

- Coordinate with internal QC engineers and organize the quality control before delivery;

- Analyze product prices and negotiate with suppliers if necessary;

- Control the payment of clients with the support of company financial manager;

- Participate in the development of new products and suppliers

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Good English, in both written and oral form;

- 2 years of working experience in international trading or sourcing;

- Technical background or good Spanish is a plus;

- Fast learner, team spirit, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
